House Rules
These rules apply to every overnight guest, day-pass guest, event attendee and visitor. They keep Rooftop Resort safe, respectful and fun for everyone.
21+ Only
All guests and visitors must be 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued ID is required.
Check-In Required
All overnight guests, day-pass guests, event attendees and visitors must properly register and check in before entering the resort.
Respect Personal Boundaries
Respect every guest’s personal space and boundaries at all times.
Consent Is Mandatory
“No” means no. Consent must be clear, voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.
No Harassment or Unwanted Contact
Unwanted touching, persistent advances, following, intimidation, threatening behavior or harassment will not be tolerated.
Clothing Optional Does Not Mean Consent
Nudity, clothing choice, dancing, flirting or participation in an event never implies consent.
Privacy & Photography
No photos, videos or recordings of another guest without their clear permission.
Appropriate Conduct in Common Areas
Sexual activity or inappropriate conduct is not permitted in public/common areas unless specifically permitted in a designated area by management.
Towel Rule
When nude, guests must use a towel when sitting or lying on shared furniture, chairs, loungers or other common surfaces.
Alcohol, Drugs & Behavior
Excessive intoxication, illegal drugs, fighting, threatening behavior or conduct that disturbs the safety or enjoyment of others is prohibited.
Respect Staff & Security
Guests must follow reasonable instructions from Rooftop Resort staff, management and security at all times.
Management Right to Remove
Rooftop Resort reserves the right to refuse admission or remove anyone violating these rules. Removal may be without refund, and serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or permanent banning from the property.
Hotel Rooms & Guest-Only Areas
Day passes and event admission do not provide unrestricted access to hotel guestrooms or other guest-only areas. Hotel rooms are reserved for registered overnight occupants and visitors specifically authorized under Rooftop Resort policies.
